Opening a shared report, quote, or invoice

If someone sent you a link to a compliance report, a quote, or an invoice, this page is for you. You don’t need a Tobren Operations account, and you don’t create one — the link itself is what lets you in.

Whose page this is

The page you land on is branded for the business that sent it, not for Tobren: their name (and logo, and color, if they’ve set one) leads the page. A small “via Tobren Operations” line at the bottom is the only place Tobren appears — that’s the software the operator used to send it, not who it’s from.

Compliance reports

You see the report itself, and a Download PDF button if the operator has an archived PDF version stored for it. There’s nothing to accept or decline here — a compliance report is a record, not a request.

Quotes

You see the line items and the total, and can:

  • Download it as a PDF.
  • Accept or Decline it, if it’s still open.

Accept and Decline only appear while the quote is genuinely waiting on you — sent, and not past whatever expiry date it was given. Once a quote is accepted, declined, or past its date, those buttons are gone and the page shows which of those happened instead.

Invoices

You see the line items, the total, and what’s still owed. You can download it as a PDF.

There’s no online payment on this page. Tobren Operations doesn’t take card payments from an operator’s clients — whatever payment method you and the operator already use (check, bank transfer, cash, or anything else) is how you pay, and the operator records it on their side once it’s received.

A link stops working for one of two reasons: it’s expired (a quote past its expiry date, for example), or the operator revoked it — which they might do if it was sent to the wrong address, or the document needs to be reissued. Either way, the page doesn’t try to guess which happened; it just says the link isn’t available and asks you to get a new one from whoever sent it. Nothing about the underlying report, quote, or invoice is affected — only that one link.
