Getting started

This walkthrough takes you from a brand-new workspace to your first logged flight.

1. Sign in

Sign up with Google, Apple, or an email and password. You choose a plan as part of setup — nothing is picked for you:

  • Free needs no card.
  • A paid plan starts a 14-day free trial with no card required, when your email address is verified and it hasn’t had a trial before. Otherwise setup takes you straight to adding a card to start the plan.

You can change plans any time in Settings → Billing. See Plans & billing for what each plan includes.

2. Set up your workspace

A short setup wizard walks you through:

  • Your organization name and address.
  • An optional logo upload.
  • Which parts of the product you want turned on (see below).
  • Your plan, with an optional promo code field. Continue stays disabled until you pick one.

3. Choose your modules

Above an always-on compliance floor — flight logs, aircraft, crew, maintenance, documents, and compliance — three parts of the product are independent on/off switches:

ModuleWhat it adds
SchedulingPlan flights ahead of time on the schedule board.
EventsMulti-aircraft shows and jobs — requires Scheduling.
CommercialJobs, clients, quotes, invoices, and analytics.

Every module defaults on, and turning one off is never a paywall — it’s purely a declutter option for a workspace that doesn’t need it. Turning Scheduling off also turns off Events, since Events builds on the schedule; turning Scheduling back on restores whatever Events choice you had. Nothing about a module choice is permanent: change it any time in Settings → Modules, and turning a module back on restores every screen with all of its data intact — hiding a module never deletes anything, filters a query, or blocks a write.

4. The setup checklist

Once your workspace exists, the dashboard leads with a three-step checklist until you’ve completed it:

  1. Register your first aircraft (Fleet).
  2. Add a crew member (Crew).
  3. Log your first flight (Schedule or Flight Logs).

Each step is marked done as soon as the matching data exists — there’s no separate “complete” button to click. Once all three are done, the checklist drops away and the dashboard switches to your operations overview: fleet and crew counts, active alerts, and upcoming flights.
