Analytics
Analytics answers what your flying earned. It’s three rollups over data you already have — invoices, quotes and filed flight logs — with nothing to configure and nothing to enter twice.
Find it under Analytics in the nav.
Analytics is part of the Commercial module — see Jobs.
Revenue by job
The lead cut, because it answers the question the commercial side of the product exists to answer: did this engagement earn what we quoted?
Each row shows a job with what it collected, what it was quoted, and the flight hours that earned it.
What’s counted:
- Void invoices are excluded from the money.
- Expired and declined quotes are excluded from the quoted figure.
A job billed in more than one currency gets one row per currency, and its hours repeat on each of those rows — the page says so, because adding them up would double-count.
Revenue by aircraft
Revenue attributed to each airframe. The cut for “which of these is actually paying for itself.”
Revenue by client
Revenue and invoice count per client.
Scope
Analytics is a revenue view, not an accounting package. There’s no tax handling, no expenses, no profit-and-loss, and no export to an accounting tool. It reports what your invoices say.
Rollups fill in as jobs are quoted, invoiced and paid — a new workspace sees an empty state, not a wall of zeroes.
